By using Prop Style, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Prop Style provides AI-powered virtual staging services. Users can upload property images to receive staged versions using our proprietary AI tools. Subscription tiers or pay-per-use credits may apply.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any images or content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Prop Style a limited license to process, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing services to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Prop Style platform, including software, branding, and AI-generated staging outputs, remains the property of Prop Style or its licensors. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of our service without prior written permission.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a plan or credits:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are available only in accordance with our refund policy

We offer a 100% refund if you are unsatisfied with your staged images and contact us within 7 days.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform
• Misrepresent your identity or misuse someone else's account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prop Style is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we make no warranties regarding:

• The availability or performance of our service
• The suitability of AI staging for specific sales outcomes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prop Style shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any reason, including violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
